Messaging & Calling Terms — VistaMount LLC

These terms describe VistaMount LLC's text messaging and calling programs. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program Names and Description

VistaMount operates two separate programs. You may join either, both, or neither.

Message and data rates may apply. VistaMount does not charge for text messages. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the consent box on our booking or contact form, by texting us first, or by giving verbal consent on a recorded call.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book a job, receive a quote, and get full service without agreeing to receive text messages.

After you opt in, we send one confirmation message describing the program, message frequency, and how to get help or cancel.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel.

You may also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, or REVOKE, or contact us by phone at (480) 903-4769 or by email at [email protected].

After you send STOP, we send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe.

We process opt-out requests as soon as practicable and within 10 business days. We honor a request made through any reasonable means that clearly expresses your desire to stop receiving messages, regardless of how you send it.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Not all mobile devices or carriers may support the program.

Phone Calls

By providing your phone number, you agree that VistaMount may call you about a job or quote you requested, including by automated dialing or prerecorded voice.

Calls for marketing purposes require your separate written consent, given by checking the marketing consent box on our forms. Consent to receive marketing calls is not a condition of purchase.

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and dispute resolution. You will be notified at the start of any recorded call.

To stop calls, tell us on any call or contact us using the details above. We honor Do Not Call requests within 10 business days.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Separately from the messaging program, telephone numbers may be hashed and sent to advertising platforms including Google and Meta so that our advertising can be measured — either from a number entered on our website, or from our own customer records. Those platforms receive an irreversible value, never the number itself, and cannot message or call you with it. Your opt-in data and consent status are never included. See the Privacy Policy, Section 5.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes, please notify us so we do not message someone else.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be posted here.
